Move registry handling responsibility to Powershell scripts
I was doing it wrong in NSIS somehow causing the uninstaller to not clean up after itself. This script, on the other hand, works great even in build trees.
Due to an influx of spam, we have had to impose restrictions on new accounts. Please see this wiki page for instructions on how to get full permissions. Sorry for the inconvenience.
