Apparently we're still somehow using an out of support NDK version but this repo doesn't actually ship NDK code, and I had never heard of NDK v26 before today...
Due to an influx of spam, we have had to impose restrictions on new accounts. Please see this wiki page for instructions on how to get full permissions. Sorry for the inconvenience.
