Calib gui improvements
I adjusted the wording on the configuration screen, and added some additional UI elements on the live GUI screen, so you don't need to depend as much on reading rapidly-changing text overlaid on the video.
Note it currently asserts in opencv without any workaround commit - pre-existing issue.
