RenderDoc frame capture on Android GL/Vulkan.

Refactor the !1984 (closed), adding vk frame delimiter.

  1. Make renderdoc feature can be compiled on Android.
  2. Add new api debug_frame in the xrt_compositor, for implementing different frame delimiter in gl/vk. It makes the RenderDoc UI can capture the frame by the Capture Frame(s) button.
