Various improvements

In this series I have various improvements that contain:

  • More configurations for Quest 3, bumping up the stream resolution to 64% and 100% of the headset resolution.
  • Logging improvement with less verbose default logging on the Android client, cleaning up of error handling and also exposing the currently used GStreamer version in logcat.
  • Tweaking latency on x264 by setting bframes to 0.
  • Correctly setting main profile level on the transceiver caps.
