gas: add request for getting the Ethernet PDU MAC address
Example:
$ sudo qmicli -d /dev/wwan0qmi0 --gas-dms-get-ethernet-mac-address
Ethernet MAC address 0: E2:92:0C:A6:27:07
Ethernet MAC address 1: DD:95:72:49:59:48
