libqmi-glib: Correct QMI_SERVICE_SAR documentation

While looking through the implemented QMI services, I've noticed a discrepancy between the documentation available online and the one in the code. I guess by mistake, the description for the QMI_SERVICE_SAP service was copied to the
QMI_SERVICE_SAR service.
