libqmi-glib,test: add fuzzer test for qmi_message_new_from_raw()
Right now it only works when building with clang:
$ env CC=clang meson setup build -Dfuzzer=true
$ ninja -C build
$ ./build/src/libqmi-glib/test/test-message-fuzzerDue to an influx of spam, we have had to impose restrictions on new accounts. Please see this wiki page for instructions on how to get full permissions. Sorry for the inconvenience.
