mbim-proxy: update BUFFER_SIZE from 512 to 4096 for better performance
The mbim-proxy may be used for bulk data transfer, such as modem firmware upgrade, and the BUFFER_SIZE should be at least euqal to MAX_CONTROL_TRANSFER which defined in mbim-device.c, which will bring better performance in such case.
