plugin-xmm: adding xlrstop before starting next session

It is important to gracefully stop the session before starting the next session. since modem needs time to close ongoing gnss session and then send the next gnss session request to ensure the consistency in establishing the session otherwise we see sometimes the session establishment getting timeout.
