mbim-fibocom:toggle modem power after attach APN on mbim

Hi Aleksander,

Thanks for your help to solve this issue in mbim-xmm-fibocom, modem will change the udev rules(ignore tty) and only use mbim in some scenarios, so I want to add the mm-broadband-modem-mbim-fibocom.c (which complete the same function as mbim-xmm-fibocom) subclass mm-broadband-modem-mbim to plugin.
Please help to check if it's OK.
