Daemon runtime version reporting

Aleksander Morgado requested to merge aleksander/runtime-version into master

This MR include a fix to an ugly issue in the libmm-glib library, plus a new "Version" string property in the Manager1 interface.

libmm-glib and mmcli are updated to work with this new property, e.g.:

$ mmcli -B
ModemManager daemon 1.9.0 running
