foxconn: add support for the T99W175 module
Change mm-broadband-modem-foxconn-t77w968.h to mm-broadband-modem-mbim-foxconn.h. Named the object in a more generic way. Both T77W968 and T99W175 use the same modem objects.
Add the vendor ID 0x105b of T99W175 PCI device.
mmcli-manager: report kernel event auto scan add wwan support.
