Prefer G_IO_ERROR_CANCELLED inside the daemon

This MR deprecates the use of MM_CORE_ERROR_CANCELLED inside the daemon in favor of G_IO_ERROR_CANCELLED, and at the same time we re-register G_IO_ERROR_CANCELLED as MM_CORE_ERROR_DBUS_PREFIX ".Cancelled" so that we can emit it via DBus as a known error
