mm-port-probe: ignore the fastboot port of the wwan device during port detection

Fibocom needs to update the udev rules for all current wwan modules

1. In the module of FM350, our application did not ignore the fastboot port when switching fastboot burning. As a result, the MM sent some data to the port during the burning of the image of our application, resulting in a burning failure.
