fcc-unlock: add support for Lenovo-shipped FM350-GL FCC unlock

Tested with the Fibocom FM350-GL WWAN modem (firmware revision: 81600.0000.00.29.21.24_DT) installed in my Lenovo ThinkPad P1 Gen 5.

The unlock is somewhat racy (probably because the AT port is not exclusively locked for use by the FCC unlock script), which is why I implemented a retry with a slight delay to repeat the procedure on error.
