mbm: add MBIM avoid list and add HP hs2350 there

Some Ericsson-made MBIM modems have poor location capabilities when driven in the MBIM mode - they do not support cell id reporting (due to lack of the ATT Device service support in the firmware) or GPS port (due to lack of such support for MBIM devices in ModemManager, see #308).

This issue affects at least HP hs2350 with firmware version R3C11.

Avoid using MBIM command mode on this modem, while still allowing cdc_mbim-provided network interface. This way no kernel-side changes are needed for IP connectivity - this modem works fine in such setup.

This makes cell id reporting and GPS port output work for this modem.
