Bump minimum glib to 2.66 or 2.68?

    I was looking into using GStrvBuilder and while I can work around not easing it easily I wonder if we shouldn't bump minimum glib to something a bit more recent (2.56 is from 2018) to make use of some goodies like ref strings, strv builder, etc. Debian oldstable has 2.66 (from 2020) GStrvBuilder would need 2.68 (from 2021).

        @agx Yeah, I want g_clear_source() too. I usually look at what the N-1 Debian has.

        Bullseye (11) has 2.66.8; bullseye was released in mid-2021.

        I think we can bump the N+1 MM release (1.26) to 2.66.8 at least, WDYT? (Where N = 1.24 that I'm trying to get out the door right now).

        @aleksm have opinions?

        Yeah, Debian oldstable was what I was peeking at regarding 2.66 too :thumbsup:
