OnePlus 6T won't start network unless a call is first made
I've a OnePlus 6T running the latest PostmarketOS Edge and a UK Sim card from GiffGaff that hangs off of the 02 networks. All my APN settings are correct and on boot it tries to connect then I get a notification about a stuck sms so when viewed this is what i get just incase it's something to do with network auth ?

Here is the link to my mm.log it starts with not being able to connect and near the end I make a call to myself and the modem activates for 5+ hours before disconnecting again. It also dies if I obvs reboot but making that call and hanging up brings up the modem.
Recently noticed that once it drops the data connection after several hours instead of me making a call to reactivate the data connection it can also be bought back up by someone phoning the device too.
