bearer issue
Hello,
i think i discovered an issue. First problem: connect isn't possible. Second problem: the bearer is lost after reboot.
*configured bearer parameters via OpenWRT before, but it doesn't work, so i did it manually*
root@OpenWrt:~# mmcli -m 0 --list-bearers
error: no actions specified
root@OpenWrt:~# mmcli -m 0 -b 0 -c
error: couldn't find bearer at '/org/freedesktop/ModemManager1/Bearer/0': 'not found in any modem'
root@OpenWrt:~# mmcli -m 0 --create-bearer='apn=web.vodafone.de,ip-type=ipv4v6,allowed-auth=pap'
Successfully created new bearer in modem:
/org/freedesktop/ModemManager1/Bearer/0
root@OpenWrt:~# mmcli -m 0 -b 0 -c
error: couldn't connect the bearer: 'Timeout was reached'
root@OpenWrt:~# reboot
root@OpenWrt:~#

But it seems like, i only have this problem with Vodafone.de. Telefonica (o2 Germany) worked well. I tested OpenWRT 21.02 (MM 1.16.6) and OpenWRT 22.03.0-rc5 (MM 1.18.6). Here are some infos about the modem. It's a Dell DW5811e, but i removed the branding to flash the latest Sierra Wireless firmware.
root@OpenWrt:~# mmcli -m 0
