In order for TGL to enable eudebugging, setting the GLOBAL_DEBUG_ENABLE
flag in 'CS_DEBUG_MODE2' register is required. Since this register
is context saved/restored, dynamically toggling it would require
to rerecord or swap the golden lrc. As this would require core Xe
modifications, simply add this register setting to the list of lrc
workarounds, making it permanent.
