www: kill off the manpages

Having the generated man pages accessible via the website is a nice to have feature, which is making any form or semi-automated releasing a nightmare.

If anyone has some smart ideas how to manage those in automated manner - MRs are welcome. Ideally something more lightweight than pulling bunch of tools and generating them on each merge.

Until then, let's drop them.
