ci: codespell ignore list is lowercase
In my (until now) futile attempts to get codespell to accept my name instead of insisting to change it to Stack, I discovered that the ignore list words need to be in lowercase.
Due to an influx of spam, we have had to impose restrictions on new accounts. Please see this wiki page for instructions on how to get full permissions. Sorry for the inconvenience.
