glx,egl: Reproduce crash while switching contexts

Yevhenii Kolesnikov requested to merge GL/piglit:test/context_switch_SIGSEGV into master

This test reproduces SIGSEGV on i965, similar to the one reported in the bug below.

Fixed with mesa!1020 (merged)
