ci/baremetal: improve error handling

Two small improvements for baremetal ci:

• Print in red color errors caught by the baremetal run script, to easier spot the problems.
• Specifically for broadcom (though it could be apply for freedreno too), restart the testing (once) if serial is "lost" during the test. This is already done for the boot process, and this extends it to the test process too.
