Bump deqp to current vulkan-cts-1.2.5.0

A new Vulkan CTS has been released. It contains several fixes and new tests.

@airlied can you take a look? This new version adds quite a few failures in lavapipe. I've added them in the proper fails file, and also enabled the skips one.

@anholt same in freedreno, specially a630 with Vulkan.

I've just added the new failures at the end, instead of sorting them, so it is easy to check.

I'll keep this as WIP, as I'd like to know if it is fine for you as it is, or if we need to include some fix in the CTS.

Bear in mind that I've bumped to vanilla 1.2.5.0, cloned directly from Khronos' GitHub account. If we need to include extra patches, I'll create a fork to include them.
