The source project of this merge request has been removed.
Scons: For MinGW use -posix flag
Debian provides both threads flavors, but some other toolchains only provide the posix variant and so the suffix is not used:
sh: /usr/bin/i686-w64-mingw32-g++-posix: No such file or directory
