ci: db410c CI using lava

The new process for running pipelines on personal branches seems to involve synchronously clicking arrows as jobs complete in different stages, so putting up an MR so I can just get the jobs to run without needing to babysit them :(

I'm working on converting db410c over to use a new LAVA instance, and add db820c for a5xx coverage as well.
