What does this MR do and why?

gallivm/orc: add support for process symbol lookups.

This should fix all the math symbols not working.

JIT session error: Symbols not found: [ log2f ]
Failed to materialize symbols: { (cs0_variant0_8, { cs_co_variant, cs_variant }) }
