ci: run_n_monitor, formatting the output

Reviewing how the information is logged in the console, I have some ideas:

  • when listing elements they can be column friendly, so improve readability
  • sort elements alphabetically, so improve searching

As an example:

The job names are not sorted, neither by the sharding number. And, besides the colouring helps information is not vertically aligned to help comparing.

I tag this MR initially as Draft, and if some other ideas appear I'll do my best (here or in a stand alone MR if the idea is big enough).
