Draft: ci/piglit: be explicit about what we building
What does this MR do and why?
Draft, because this commit should go together with next Piglit uprev.
Dependencies:
ci/piglit: be explicit about what we building
This allows us easily fail build, when needed dependency is not present.
This should also shorten build for VK container, where we use only
replayer.
