ci: Nightly run expectations update
This is the next manual iteration to automatize the expectation files update after the nightly runs (discussion about the procedure in #10882, here the discussion and review of the changes proposed).
As the previous expectations update was !28350 (merged), using the information in the nightly run pipeline 1142226, the current effort knows the results are bounded between commits, so I can apply the suggestion to create block of tests in the expectation files with information about between which commits to mesa could be involved to have this result.
