v3dv/ci: use deqp-runner suite for rpi4 & rpi5 vk job as well

The benefits are not immediately visible here, replacing 2× 2 lines with 2× 5 lines that do the same thing, but using a suite allow using the deqp-runner suite features, such as include which I used today to only run the tests I was debugging, turning a 3h job run into a 10min job run and allowing me to work faster.
