Draft: egl/wayland: Support EGL_EXT_buffer_age with swrast

LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=1 deqp-egl --deqp-egl-display-type=Wayland --deqp-case=*buffer_age*

Benjamin Otte pointed out on IRC this isn't hooked up yet, and seemed simple enough.
