intel: Prepare for Xe KMD bo error dump and cleanup i915_drm.h includes from common code

What does this MR do and why?

Xe KMD has now a patch series implementing bo error dump but before that is implemented some re-organization is required in Iris. It allowed more i915_drm.h includes from common code to be removed from Iris and other shared common code.
