Revert "ci: disable lima farm as it appears to be down"

Last time it failed it was because of a failure in the router which had never happened before. I did a major update on that router and ran stress tests against all the devices and haven't been able to reproduce any problem. I think it is safe to enable the lab again now and it shouldn't cause any trouble.
