Revert "ci: disable Collabora's LAVA lab for maintance"

Sergi Blanch Torné requested to merge sergi/mesa:reenable_collabora_20231106_bis into main

After the merge request !26059 (merged), and when the farm gets back on line, this is prepared to re-enable the farm in the mesa CI.

Do not merge before confirmation that Collabora LAVA farm is up again.
