r600: Add FMT_1_REVERSED to r600_formats.h

Triang3l (Vitaliy Kuzmin) requested to merge Triang3l/mesa:R600_FMT_1_REVERSED into main

Possibly confused with "reSerVed"? Though I haven't checked how the format actually works on the hardware, but it's linear-only (well, at least FMT_1 is) according to r800addrlib, so the definition may be useful at least for checks in the future.
