ci: print deqp version in the job log

This allows to easily verify which version was actually running in some job, to notice if an image tag wasn't properly bumped, for instance.

The two alternatives are either:

• CTS fix to print git describe at the start instead of printing the commit hash twice (merged, available starting with the next major deqp version) + deqp-runner passing through the first line of output of deqp (printing the current information is less useful in the CI context with CI-generated commits but would still be useful for local runs)
• CTS change adding --version, not merged yet but would also be available in the next major deqp release after it's merged.
