freedreno: Revert failing a5xx clip commit

Some work from trying to stabilize dodgy bits of a5xx so maybe it could be turned on again.

Not quite there, we've still got some oom (https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/anholt/mesa/-/jobs/36318559#L994) and some other flakiness. And, gosh, it would be nice if we could ever boot with >2 cpus.
