dzn: A few fixes for No Man's Sky

I had one more change locally that I'm not sure what we want to do about - the game claims it needs wide lines, but I didn't see any reason why it would care. Maybe we want to relax our feature matching logic? Maybe we want to add an xmlconfig entry to lie about it being supported?

Anyway, with these I was able to get in-game on my AMD GPU, framerates were good but I wasn't trying to do a comparison.
