This MR adds jobs for testing Panfrost on real devices, by running dEQP.
Lots is similar to existing jobs, but I have gone with keeping the jobs different so we don't end up with a too complex mess.
Should be trivial to extend this to test Lima, Etnaviv and Nouveau (on Tegra).
