Draft: ci: rollback crosvm on suspicion of ci flakes
Reverting the pinned commit for crosvm from !20488 (diffs) and stress testing CI venus-pipeline results in 5/5 successes so far: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/ryanneph/mesa/-/pipelines/779523/builds
While we identify the potential flaky change in crosvm, let's revert in CI to improve reliability.
