radeonsi,radv/llvm: fix amdgpu-color/depth-export with epilogs

Rhys Perry requested to merge pendingchaos/mesa:si_radv_export_attrib_epilog into main

The main shader wouldn't use ac_build_export(), and the discard exit would have no export.
