radv/ci: reduce the amount of artifacts collected

With an updated minio server, we started seeing much-bigger job artifacts being downloaded.

Not only does that slow down massively execution on my personal CI gateway, but it also fills gitlab artifacts with junk.

This should take care of the issue.
