driconf: disable glthread for FINAL FANTASY XI
Unsure if this should actually close the linked-to issue, or only refer to it, in case this could actually be fixed in the future instead of worked around.
Also unsure if the placement for the code is correct. I saw the similar workarounds at the end of the list, but then I saw this comment and it made me suspicious... though I guess the allowlist might be a little obsolete if the default is 'true' now. ^^
Third unsure is if the workaround should also be documented on the top of the file, which seems to have an area for such things.
