During debugging in a virglrenderer job called venus-lavapipe, an issue with the Vulkan test image was detected.
The first commit in this merge request is sharing this debian/x86_test-vk image with the existing variables that reference other images.
The second commit is to hold the presence of the wget package in the Vulkan image. This package was installed from the parent image (aka debian/x86_build-base), and in the Vulkan script, its inclusion to the ephemeral list only means it's purged when the build completes.
