Translating TGSI_INTERPOLATE_COLOR as INTERP_MODE_SMOOTH made it for drivers impossible to have flatshaded color inputs.

Translate it to INTERP_MODE_NONE which drivers interpret as smooth or flat depending on flatshading state.
