ci/nouveau: Fix up gm20b (Jetson Nano)

I've got a new board, and it made it through 16 full-run stress tests (well, assuming the new flake I added is fine) last night. I don't have a plan to make a full farm of them, but this at least lets us see some Maxwell coverage if you're in the area.
