allow piglit-traces to specify a different results directory

Sergi Blanch Torné requested to merge sergi/mesa:piglit-traces_configurable_results_dir into main

It has been noticed that the piglit-traces is not allowing to modify the results directory based on an environment variable, like piglit-runner does. So this little change will allow to have the same behoviour in both piglit things.
